Diet
I used to not have a hard time losing weight. I can gain a pound or two (even more) and get rid of it at a snap of the finger. But I'm finding it more and more difficult to shed the extra pounds as I age. I don't know if it's just my metabolism slowing down of the fact that I lack discipline when in comes to diet and exercise. I've thought about taking diet pills, dubbed Miracle burn promoting a fast, safe, and effective way to burn those stubborn fats/calories. But I need to consult with my physician first. I need to make sure I do things right to achive what I want without putting my health at risk.
