zits galore

I just cannot believe this! My zits are back, and they're back with a vengeance. Not only do I have them on my face, I've gotten them on my neck area as well. Could it be from stress? I always blamed my hormones, but I know it's not just hormones when you get it almost the year round. I probably need to talk to my dermatologist and get a prescription for the best acne pills.
I want clear skin. Is it too much to ask?
